RATES:

$150 Per Session

$1,350 for 10 sessions (save $150)

A session is 90 mins long and will include breathing exercises as well as physical postures that will support your body. This is great for people who are looking for a more fine tuned approach and would like hands on adjustments for proper alignment. It’s important to maintain a consistent practice for maximum results. If you have a space in your home, I’m happy to travel and come to you or work with you at Hot Yoga Asheville’s Bamboo Room at a convenient time.
